Ticket Purchases
Tickets for events presented by Backwoods Bluegrass Promotions Inc. are sold and processed through TicketSpice, a third-party ticketing and payment processing service. By purchasing tickets through TicketSpice, you may also be subject to TicketSpice’s applicable terms, conditions, and policies.
Ticket prices, available ticket types, applicable fees, and accepted payment methods will be displayed at the time of purchase. Payment information is processed through the third-party ticketing and payment platform, and Backwoods Bluegrass Promotions Inc. does not directly process or store your credit or debit card information.
All Ticket Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated by Backwoods Bluegrass Promotions Inc. or required by applicable law.
By completing a ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed your ticket selection, event date, ticket type, quantity, and purchase total before submitting payment.
Backwoods Bluegrass Promotions Inc. is not responsible for errors made by the purchaser when selecting tickets or entering information during the checkout process.
