– You must wear a wristband at all times during the festival
– No alcohol, No pets, No glass containers, No coolers, No firearms.

Can I buy Tickets online?

Yes. Tickets are available to purchase online.

Can I buy tickets the day of the shows at the gate?

Yes. – Tickets will be available at the gate. We accept cash payments.

For credit cards. A QR Code will be at the gate to scan & purchase your ticket.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds on ticket sales.

What is included with VIP Seating

VIP Tickets include guaranteed front-row seating with chair and table. Buy VIP Seating

What are general admission tickets?

General Admission Tickets are first come first serve, chairs are provided or bring your own chair.

General admission tickets can be purchased as Friday only, Saturday only or a two-day pass. Buy a general admission ticket

How much does it cost for kids?

Kids under 12 years old are free for any general admission ticket. Does not apply to VIP tickets.

Where do the proceeds from the festival go?

All proceeds from the Hoedown in J-Town Bluegrass Festival benefit the Pickens County FFA. Backwoods Bluegrass Promotions Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting our local community while preserving and growing the tradition of bluegrass music in the North Georgia Mountains.

Is there camping allowed on site at the venue.

No. There are campsites, RV parks & motels in the area. See our lodging page for a list of area suggestions.

What happens if it rains?

Hoedown in J-Town bluegrass music festival venue is climate control throughout the entire building, which will ensure our festival guests are comfortable, rain or shine.

Is there parking on site?

Yes. – Our staff will help direct guests on where to park upon arrival.

Will I be able to get assistance from the parking lot?

Yes. A shuttle service will be available

Can I bring my own chair?

Yes. You are allowed to bring your own personal chair; the chairs we provide can easily be folded up and moved.

Will there be food vendors?

Yes. Food & drinks will be available for purchase.

Will there be merchandise available to purchase?

Yes. There will be a variety of merchandise available from Backwoods Bluegrass Promotions.

Will the bands be selling their own merchandise?

Yes. Bands will have merchandise available for purchase.

Driving Directions to the Festival

Festival Location: 500 Dragon Dr, Jasper, GA 30143

Located in the North Georgia mountains, Jasper is easily accessible from Atlanta, South Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.

From Atlanta & South Georgia

From South Georgia, take I-75 North toward Atlanta. Continue through the Atlanta area and take I-575 North toward Canton. I-575 becomes GA-515 North. Continue on GA-515 into Jasper, then follow local directions to 500 Dragon Dr.

From Nashville & Tennessee

From Nashville, take I-24 East toward Chattanooga. From Chattanooga, continue into North Georgia via I-75 South, then connect with GA-136 East toward the North Georgia mountains and Jasper. Follow GA-136 toward the Jasper area and use GPS for the final local route to 500 Dragon Dr.

From Western North Carolina

From Western North Carolina, travel toward Murphy, NC, and take US-64/US-74 toward the Georgia state line. Connect with GA-515 South through the North Georgia mountains, traveling through the Blue Ridge and Ellijay areas toward Jasper. Continue south on GA-515 to Jasper and follow local directions to 500 Dragon Dr.

From South Carolina

From the Greenville/Upstate South Carolina area, take I-85 South toward Georgia. Connect with I-985 North, which becomes US-23/GA-365 North. Continue into North Georgia and connect with highways leading west toward GA-515 and Jasper. Follow GA-515 toward Jasper and use GPS for the final local route to 500 Dragon Dr.
